Toledo, located just south of Madrid, is a historic city in central Spain that is often referred to as the "City of Three Cultures" due to its long history of Christian, Muslim, and Jewish influence. The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is celebrated for its well-preserved medieval architecture, including the stunning Alcázar fortress and the towering Cathedral of Toledo. Visitors to Toledo can wander through narrow cobblestone streets lined with ancient buildings, visit numerous museums and art galleries, and marvel at the medieval city walls that still enclose the old town. The city also boasts a rich artistic heritage, with famous works from renowned painter El Greco on display in various churches and museums throughout the city, making it a cultural hub for art aficionados and history buffs alike.
Departure from our bus terminal at 8:00 a.m. through La
Mancha country to Cordoba. Sightseeing tour, visiting its
famous Mosque/Cathedral and Jewish Quarter. Then
to Sevilla. Dinner and accommodations.
Half board. Morning city sightseeing tour, including
María Luisa Park, Plaza de España, the exterior of the
city’s stunning Cathedral and its bell tower, called Giral-
da and the typical neighborhood of Santa Cruz with
its streets, squares and narrow alleys. If you wish, you
can optionally navigate the Guadalquivir river, during
which you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Gold Tower
and Expo 92, or visit to the Maestranza bullring. In the
evening, also as an optional activity, you can attend a
flamenco show.
Breakfast. Departure to Granada. Sightseeing tour
visiting the impressive Alhambra, a world heritage site,
and the beautiful gardens of the Generalife. Dinner
and accommodations. Optional visit to the caves of
Sacromonte and attend a typical show of gipsy flamenco.
Breakfast and departure towards the Imperial City
of Toledo, full of history and monuments. Lunch and
panoramic view from Mirador del Valle and walk through
it´s old town. Continuation to Madrid. Arrival and end
